Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize RHEL and Windows Server infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash and PowerShell.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and availability using enterprise monitoring tools.
  • Support and administer IBM WebSphere Application Server environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Linux and Windows platforms.
  • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews.
  • Document operational procedures and system configurations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer, Systems Administrator, or similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with RHEL (7/8/9) and Windows Server (2016/2019/2022).
  • Proficiency in Bash and PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server (installation, configuration, tuning).
  • Exposure to JBoss Application Server environments.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Nagios, Splunk, Grafana, Datadog).
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.
  • Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Exposure to ITIL practices and enterprise change management processes
