Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA PP & QM Consultant with 10 + years of functional expertise in manufacturing organizations with exposure in Automobile Industry.

The role demands hands-on configuration and integration skills in SAP PP & QM, along with the ability to work across MES, Planning, CRM, and other SAP modules. The consultant will be responsible for understanding business processes, preparing Business Design Documents (BDD), Functional Specifications (FS), and SIT/UAT test scripts, ensuring effective solution delivery.

Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Fiori applications is essential to enhance user experience and enable next-generation digital manufacturing solutions. The position requires a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who can bridge business needs with IT capabilities and support continuous improvement in production and quality processes.

Work Experience In

  • Quality and Inspection Planning

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, conduct workshops, and translate requirements into Business Design Documents (BDD) and Functional Specifications (FS).

  • Support at least 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations, covering blueprint, configuration, SIT/UAT, go-live, and hyper care.
  • Manage integration of SAP with MES, Planning (IBP/APO), Blue Yonder, Scheduling Systems and CRM systems, ensuring seamless data and process flows.
  • Work closely with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, PM, EWM, PLM, etc.) for end-to-end integration.
  • Prepare and execute test scripts for SIT and UAT, manage defects, and ensure successful validation.
  • Apply knowledge of SAP BTP for extensions, integrations, and analytics, and support Fiori applications for user-friendly interfaces.
  • Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvements in production and quality processes

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
  • 10+ Years of SAP PP & QM experience with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
  • Strong domain experience in both discrete and process industries with Exposure in Automobile Industry.
  • Hands-on integration with MES, Planning, CRM, Shop Floor, Enterprise systems and cross-SAP modules.
  • Skilled in preparing BDD, FS, SIT/UAT scripts and supporting business acceptance.
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP and Fiori tools for process enhancements.
