The Role

As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you'll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You'll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients – which means some of the biggest in the world.

There's never a typical day as a System Administrator at Kyndryl, because no two projects are alike. You'll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. You'll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients.

Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Need 7 + years experience.

• Experience in Resolve escalated tickets, Build cloud solutions on AWS tailored to client specific needs.

• Experience to Carry out deployment and migration activities.

• Ensure customer environments are scalable, available and highly secure.

• Ensure deployment of AWS best practices, Proficient with Azure Security Center and Azure Monitor.

• Hands on & troubleshooting experience of VNG/LNG/Gateway Subnet.

• Experience on UDR/Service Tag, Manage Load Balancer (Global/Native), Backup Policy and enhancement and Azure Policy & Management Group.

• Hands on experience of Runbooks & Scripts.

• Experience for configuration of PaaS Services (SQL/Function/Logic etc.))

• Having experience of Service Endpoints and Private Endpoints

• Troubleshooting Experience of PaaS Services

• Knowledge of Auto Scaling Scale Set/Availability Zone/Availability Set

• Should have experience on App Registration/Enterprise Registration, Azure AD & Azure MFA

• Knowledge of Security Posture and Compliance

• Background with Active Directory Services including DNS, DHCP, DFS.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

• Need AWS Certified Cloud Architect and Azure certified Cloud Architect.
