Role & responsibilities
Ensure to maintain compliance as per Check list (manually and online)
Review Contract labour Sourcing, deployment, Usage, Cost management and MIS
End to end recruitment of blue / while colour employees (below Dy Manager), Onboarding, Induction & Familiarization
Employee Engagement as per list, Drive new initiatives as per project
Collate, analysis data and organize Reward programs, manage CSR activities.
Manage Guest House, Company Transportation, Admin, Food, Pantry
Preferred candidate profile
Labour Law Compliance with respect all applicable industrial laws, PMS, T&D
Cost Control Initiatives, Contract Labour Deployment, Management and Control, Annual Contract Renewal
Recruitment as per budget, Onboarding, Induction & Familiarization
Factory Engagements, Stake Holder Management, Reward & Recognition, Drive New Initiatives
Manage Company Guest House, Pantry, Employee Transportation, CSR Activities.
