Job Title:
 Operations Executive – D2C Brand

Location:
 Delhi Patparganj Industrial Area

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive 
Operations Executive
 to manage our D2C e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with 
Unicommerce
, excellent inventory management skills, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly with warehouse teams and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage and process customer orders efficiently using 
Unicommerce
.

·       Maintain 
accurate warehouse inventory records
 and ensure timely stock updates.

·       Perform 
shipping charges reconciliation
 with logistics partners.

·       Coordinate with courier/shipping partners to ensure 
on-time delivery
 and issue resolution.

·       Track and maintain 
order, sales, and returns records
.

·       Share regular reports with management on 
inventory, order flow, and dispatches
.

·       Collaborate with customer service and warehouse teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

·       Proven experience with 
Unicommerce
 (mandatory).

·       Strong knowledge of 
e-commerce operations, order management, and inventory control
.

·       Good understanding of 
logistics and shipping processes
.

·       Proficiency in 
Excel/Google Sheets
 for reconciliation and reporting.

·       Excellent coordination skills.

·       Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

·       Experience in D2C brands / e-commerce companies.
