O&M Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plant Operations & Monitoring
• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple solar PV power plants (currently 2 MW AC and 3 MW AC).
• Monitor plant performance through SCADA and prepare regular reports on generation, downtime, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with grid codes, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
• Maintenance Activities
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules for inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels, and other electrical equipment.
• Ensure timely diagnosis and rectification of plant faults to minimize downtime.
• Supervise solar panel cleaning activities to maintain optimal performance.
• Team & Vendor Management
• Lead and guide site technicians, solar panel cleaning staff, and security personnel.
• Coordinate with equipment suppliers and service providers for warranty claims, spares procurement, and technical support.
• Train site staff in safety practices and technical procedures.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain records of maintenance logs, breakdown analysis, spare parts inventory, and safety checklists.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly O&M reports to management.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and conduct regular toolbox talks.
• Implement risk assessment and mitigation plans for safe plant operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• utility solar plant O&M: 2 years (Required)
