Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Padrauna. The Sales Executive will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the solar energy sector. Responsibilities include conducting market research, understanding customer needs, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with internal teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management and client servicing
  • Knowledge of solar energy solutions or renewable energy is preferred
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in market research, trend analysis, and proposal formulation
  • Ability to meet sales objectives and work in a target-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel as required for client engagement and site visits
