Mandatory Skills/ experience : Experience in coil shop.

Overall responsibility

 Adherence to daily production targets with quality of process and products.

 To manage manpower( helpers and workers) as per skills set, shift and stage wise.

 Developing amicable relation with workers and helpers.

 Control the rejection in process.

 Daily preventive maintenance schedule to meet and review.

 Control the attrition and absenteeism of workers and helpers in synchronization with human resource

department.

 Development of self skills for machine operation to handle breakdown efficiently.

 Making of daily and weekly reports on production , machine runtime data, leak testing process, scrap

reports, process scrap of respective stages.

 Optimum utilization of resources, machine and manpower.

 Direct and coordinate the activities of workers and helpers engaged in the production.

 Confer with other supervisors within or between departments to coordinate operations and activities.

 Plan and establish work schedules, and production sequences to meet production goals.

 Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.

 Observe work and monitor indicators to ensure that operators conform to production or processing

standards.

 Conduct employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures, or assign employee

training to experienced workers.

 Interpret specifications, designs, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers and

explain them.

 Keep records of employees' attendance and hours worked.

 Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to

determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.

 Requisition materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repair services.

 Maintain operations data, such as time, production, and cost records, and prepare management reports

of production results.

 Determine standards, production goals, based on company policies, equipment and labor availability,

and workloads.

 Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances.

 Calibrate machines and equipment.

 Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods,

equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.

 Adherence to ISO procedures and documentation

 Active participation in developmental activities like 5s, lean.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹41,301.93 per month
