Deputy Manager - Electrical Maintenance

  • Job Summary:

  • Lead the electrical maintenance team to ensure efficient and safe operation of electrical systems and equipment.

  • Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance activities, including breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance.

  • Collaborate with production and other teams to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of electrical technicians and engineers

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures

  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations

  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues

  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance activities

  • Maintain electrical equipment and system documentation

  • Requirements:

  • Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

  • 10-20 years of experience in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing industry

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety standards

  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹70,000.00 per month
