Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative
Catalog Intern
to support our e-commerce and product listing efforts. As a Catalog Intern, you will work closely with the product, design, and marketing teams to ensure our product catalog is accurately represented across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload and manage product listings on platforms (e.g., website, Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, etc.)
  • Coordinate product shoots and ensure proper image quality and consistency
  • Write and edit clear, engaging, and accurate product descriptions
  • Maintain categorization, tagging, and SEO-friendly titles
  • Ensure consistency in size charts, specifications, pricing, and stock updates
  • Monitor product performance and flag errors or discrepancies
  • Collaborate with the design and operations teams to keep catalogs updated
  • Assist with weekly catalog audits and competitor research
  • Support special campaigns (launches, festive edits, drops)
  • Help manage metadata and backend catalogs for smooth customer experience

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Fashion, E-commerce, Business, Design, or related field
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or marketplaces
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Familiar with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma is a plus
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Passion for fashion/lifestyle and digital commerce
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
