We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive – Accounts to join our growing team and support the finance operations with accuracy, compliance, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.

· Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and coordinate with auditors.

· Monitor budgets, cash flows, and expense controls across all clinic branches.

· Supervise and guide junior accountants/executives in maintaining proper records and accounting discipline.

· Coordinate with management for MIS reports and financial analysis to support decision-making.

· Manage vendor payments, payroll processing support, and timely settlements.

· Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficient accounting practices.

Required Skills & Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.

· Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP / Zoho / any relevant ERP) and MS Excel.

· Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

· Strong communication and leadership skills.

· Ability to handle multi-branch accounts operations and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor's / Masters degree in Commerce / Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance).

· CA/ICWA (Inter) preferred

· 4–6 years of relevant experience in accounts, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

· Experience in healthcare/hospitality sector will be an added advantage.
