Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.
  • Support doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and reports.
  • Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed at all times.
  • Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions.
  • Handle emergency situations and provide first aid/critical support when required.
  • Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge processes of patients.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for holistic patient care.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the ward/department.
  • Participate in training, audits, and continuous improvement programs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • DGNM / B.Sc. Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing preferred for senior roles).
  • Valid registration with Nursing Council.
  • Freshers or experienced candidates can apply (experience in hospital/clinical setup preferred).
