Responsible to carry out all the preventive and breakdown maintenance of 22KV switchgear all electrical equipments (like Breakers, Transformer, Electrical MCC/ PCC panels, APFC Panels, LDB, Motors, DG, etc.). To carry out electrical equipment preventive maintenance planning and execution. Responsible for the installation of new equipment in the facility with all the necessary qualification documents. To prepare all the necessary documents required for ISO Look after all the AMCs (like Diesel generator, UPS, HVAC system, Fire extinguishers, smoke detectors) Responsible for preparing the Statutory Factory Annual HT installation inspection report. Responsible for carrying out HVAC validations and maintenance. Responsible for carrying out maintenance of all the factory equipment in-house OR through outside vendors. To ensure safe working conditions by using proper PPE. Power wiring, control wiring & interlocking of all process equipment for smooth and hazardous free operation. Troubleshooting of system in plant and determine their cause and corrective action for eliminating such problem.
