About the Role

Route Academy is seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic AI-Integrated Logistics Faculty to train students in modern logistics combined with AI applications. The candidate must have strong industry experience in Logistics/Supply Chain Management and a good understanding of AI tools used in logistics automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train students on Logistics, Supply Chain, and AI-integrated logistics modules.
  • Teach warehouse operations, documentation, import/export, freight forwarding, procurement, and supply chain optimization.
  • Deliver training on AI-based tools such as demand forecasting, route optimization, inventory prediction, and automation workflows (training support will be provided if required).
  • Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
  • Conduct practical sessions using case studies and real-time industry scenarios.
  • Assess student performance, track progress, and provide feedback.
  • Guide students for internship and job placements.
  • Support curriculum development and continuous improvement of the AI-integrated logistics program.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, or Warehouse Management (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of AI applications in logistics (or willingness to learn through academy-provided training).
  • Teaching/training experience preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of logistics documentation (BL, invoice, packing list, airway bill, etc.).
  • Ability to handle practical examples, simulations, and job-oriented sessions.

Qualification

  • Any degree in Logistics, SCM, Commerce, Business, or related domains.
  • Certifications in Logistics/SCM or AI tools are an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
