Job Responsibilities

Job Role: Electrical Engineer

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay scale:-Rs.25,000 To 35,000/- CTC

Experience:- 5+ Year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment, machinery, and utilities.
  • Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of new electrical systems and control panels.
  • Troubleshoot complex electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth plant operations.
  • Monitor energy consumption and implement energy optimization projects.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of electrical inspections, maintenance logs, and breakdown analyses.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers/technicians in day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and utility teams for seamless plant functioning.
  • Support CAPEX projects, upgrades, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
  • 5–8 years of experience in electrical maintenance in chemical, dyes, pigments, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of motors, transformers, VFDs, PLCs, HT/LT panels, and industrial power distribution.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining plant electrical systems.
  • Good leadership, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle plant emergencies.
