Role & responsibilities

Required Skills

Experience: 10+ years in QA/SDET roles, with significant experience in architecting automation solutions and team leadership.

Core Java Mastery: Deep hands-on expertise in Java coding, advanced object-oriented design, multithreading, and the ability to debug and fix core application code.

Automation Frameworks: Expert-level experience designing and implementing robust, scalable frameworks for UI (Selenium, TestNG) and API (REST Assured) testing.

BDD/ATDD: Proven expertise in BDD frameworks (Cucumber) for collaborative development.

Enterprise Environment: Mastery of on-premise environments, Unix CLI, and advanced SQL/NoSQL querying for deep data validation and troubleshooting.

Non-Technical: Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to present strategy and quality metrics to technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or

similar) for code generation.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Preferred candidate profile

Immediate joiner are preffered.

Candidates from product based companies are highly suitable and preferred.
