About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Release Manager
to manage and optimize release processes across our Digital & Networks ecosystem. The role involves working closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth and efficient code releases across environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, manage, and streamline the
    release management process
    across multiple environments.
  • Oversee
    code branching strategies
    and ensure version control across environments.
  • Establish and maintain
    CI/CD pipelines
    across on-premises and SaaS-based solutions.
  • Ensure proper connectivity, deployment, and integration across different platforms and MFUs.
  • Work with stakeholders to plan release schedules, manage risks, and resolve release-related issues.
  • Ensure release readiness by conducting reviews, validations, and ensuring quality gates are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for release automation and process optimization.

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Strong expertise in
    release management processes
    and methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with
    DevOps tools
    (Jenkins, Git, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of
    CI/CD pipeline setup
    and automation.
  • Knowledge of cloud ecosystems (On-prem & SaaS) and deployment strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of connectivity, integration, and deployment pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
