Job Requirements

  • Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and Customer representatives to ensure proper operations (Upstream Oil and Gas)
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols for Wells Drilling & Testing deliverables
  • Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the team's internal capacity
  • Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
  • Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed with respect to Drilling Operations
  • Oversee invoicing and time writing activities for team size of members.

Work Experience

  • 12-14 years of proven success in an operations management for Wells management role
  • Engineering Education: B.Tech/ M.Tech (Petroleum Engineering) is preferred.
  • Strong skills in resource management and remote operations oversight
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer work delivery.
  • Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
  • Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications
