We're Hiring: Branch Manager – Sales (Building Materials)

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (Local candidates only)

Function: Sales & Business Development

Industry: Manufacturing (Building Materials / Construction Projects)

Experience: 14–18 years

Salary: As per market standards

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Branch Manager – Sales to lead business development and drive large-scale revenue growth in the building materials segment. The role requires strong expertise in dealer & team handling, direct project sales, and leadership in managing diverse building material portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Sales & Business Development across Bangalore/Karnataka.

Drive enquiry generation, quote submission, negotiations, order closing, and outstanding clearance.

Handle dealers/distributors, direct sales for industrial, commercial & residential projects.

Achieve ambitious sales targets (₹75 Cr.+ annually).

Manage team performance, motivation, and dealer networks.

Ensure smooth back-end coordination for execution.

Drive growth in sales of doors, windows, cold room panels, sandwich panels, glass doors, partitions, façade systems, PEBs, rolling shutters, cranes, machinery, and material handling equipment.

Candidate Profile

Qualification: Diploma / Graduate / MBA (or equivalent).

12+ years of hardcore sales experience in building materials.

Proven track record of 75 Cr.+ annual revenue achievement.

Strong background in dealer handling, team leadership, and direct project sales.

Local candidates from Bangalore/Karnataka only.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
