Key Responsibilities:

  1. Import Documentation & Customs Clearance

  2. Prepare and verify import documents (Invoice, Packing List, BOE, etc.).

  3. Coordinate with CHA and Courier Service Companies for timely customs clearance and duty payments.

  4. Ensure compliance with SEZ regulations and handle shipments via international couriers.

  5. Export Documentation & Shipment Coordination

  6. Prepare export documentation and coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and SEZ customs.

  7. Ensure timely dispatch of export consignments and handle post-shipment compliance activities.

  8. SEZ Online Portal Activities

  9. File applications for DTA sales, returns, DSPF, and duty payments.

  10. Respond to SEZ/customs queries and monitor approval status.

  11. Temporary Removal of Goods (Repair, Testing, etc.)

  12. Prepare documentation under bond and track return of goods within timelines.

  13. Submit necessary returns through SEZ Online Portal.

  14. Inter-Unit Transfer (IUT) of Goods

  15. Coordinate documentation and logistics for IUT transactions.

  16. Ensure SEZ compliance and valuation requirements are met.

  17. Debonding of Goods

  18. File applications and coordinate with customs for inspections and approvals.

  19. Coordination with Government Authorities

  20. Interact with SEZ Development Commissioners Office, Customs, and other regulatory officials.

  21. Submit required documents, attend inspections, and resolve queries.

  22. Vendor Master Coordination (Secondary Responsibility)

  23. Verify vendor documentation and coordinate with VMD/SAP team for code creation.

  24. Maintain compliance and record completeness.

  25. EXIM Data Logs & Documentation Maintenance

  26. Maintain trackers for imports, exports, debonding, IUTs, and temporary removals.

  27. Ensure documentation accuracy, audit readiness, and traceability.

  28. Cross-Functional Coordination

  29. Work closely with Finance, Facilities, Procurement, and Delivery teams for seamless operations.Role & responsibilities
