Responsibilities:

  • Support lead engineer for carry out activities like DCI, DESIGN BASIS, DATA SHEETS, DETAILS ENGINEERING DRAWING , CABLE SCHDULE, JB SCHDULE, TRAY SCHDULE, VARIOUS INSTALLATION DRAWING, FAT PROCEDURE, SAT PROCUDERE , FUNCTIONAL DESIGN SPECIFICATION.
  • Day-to-day coordination with vendor/TPI/customer/consultant at various stages of the project
  • Day-to-day compilation of documents during project take over and hand over
  • Preparation of documents as per Document Issue Schedule in consultation with the LEAD ENGINEER / Project Manager / HEAD for the content and schedule
  • Identify potential gray areas
  • Day-to-day coordination with various departments in the organization
  • Generation of material requisitions for material procurement
  • Interaction with vendors and sub-vendors for technical compliance
  • Inspection at vendor's location
  • Inspection of incoming material.
  • Expediting procurement, vendor documents & drawings.
  • Assistance in FAT, SAT and system handover
  • Assistance in getting the project commissioning/completion certification from customer

Qualification Required:

BE/Diploma (Electronics / Instrumentation/ Electrical) with 1 to 2 years' experience in relevant field.

Skills Set Required:

  • On hand experience in the field of Field like Field Instrumentation engineering, Control System Engineering, optimization, interpersonal skills, good written and spoken communication in English and good coordination skills
  • On hand experience in the field of detail Engineering like Reading Tender for scope, specification, and detail engineering as per industrial standards.
  • On hand experience to study and understand engineering drawings, BOM, technical datasheets, Hookups, Carry out inspection, support FAT, SAT and testing.
