Role Overview :-

We are seeking an experienced Style Consultant with a passion for luxury fashion and jewellery styling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating exceptional client experiences through expert styling advice, product knowledge, and an eye for design aesthetics. You will play a key role in building lasting client relationships and enhancing the brand's premium image through elegance, sophistication, and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Client Styling & Experience

  • Understand each customer's style, personality, and occasion to provide personalized jewellery styling advice.
  • Curate complete looks and make product recommendations that reflect the client's taste and brand aesthetics.
  • Educate customers about gemstone meanings, craftsmanship, and the latest luxury jewellery trends.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through attention to detail, warmth, and empathy.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

2. Sales & Product Knowledge

  • Drive sales by engaging clients effectively, cross-selling and upselling premium collections.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through superior client interaction.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of all product categories — diamonds, gold, platinum, gemstones, and customized pieces.
  • Communicate product stories confidently, highlighting quality, exclusivity, and design inspiration.

3. Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation

  • Ensure product displays are visually appealing, elegant, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Regularly refresh displays to highlight new arrivals and festive collections.
  • Maintain jewellery hygiene, lighting, and presentation consistent with luxury retail expectations.

4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Record and update customer preferences, purchase history, and key dates for personalized follow-ups.
  • Stay connected with clients through curated messages, exclusive previews, and private styling sessions.
  • Use CRM tools to manage repeat business and client retention strategies effectively.

5. Team Collaboration & Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with retail sales teams, jewellery designers, karigars, and store managers for smooth operations.
  • Provide valuable insights on customer behavior, preferences, and emerging market trends.
  • Support marketing teams during store events, exhibitions, and influencer collaborations.

Key Requirements :-

  • Education: Graduate in Fashion Design, Jewellery Design, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in luxury retail / high-end fashion / fine jewellery styling.
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent fashion sense and deep appreciation for luxury aesthetics.
  • Ability to connect with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) with professionalism and poise.
  • Strong storytelling ability to convey product value and craftsmanship.
  • Well-groomed, confident, and customer-centric personality.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
