Responsibilities


• Test and evaluate current products to identify bugs, errors, and performance gaps.


• Suggest and implement effective solutions to improve product quality.


• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth and consistent project execution.


• Define, plan, and execute overall Quality Assurance strategies.


• Collect, analyze, and report product quality metrics (KPIs).


• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements


• Hands-on experience in software testing (manual and/or automation).


• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.


• Familiarity with programming concepts and computer technologies.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.


• Strong verbal and written communication.


• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Qualifications


• B.E. / B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or related field


• M.C.A / M.Sc. (IT or Computer Science)
