Primarily this role is to support the Global Surveillance Programme Manager and Compliance Teams
with all surveillance-related activities
Develop a deep understanding of surveillance models and tools, and the supporting processes and
governance
Work closely alongside the programme manager to be a single and trusted point of contact for a range of
stakeholders across the programmes workstreams
Support the project management team in delivering to the global implementation plan
Help define the cross-regional centralised TOM and underlying processes that align with BAU IT systems
Analysis & documentation of current and future-state procedures and policies
Organize and run cross-regional working group meetings that may include vendors
Attending and arranging SME interviews with stakeholders across a range of disciplines and grades
Work closely with Technology and the Business to define business functional and non-functional
requirements
Provide regular status updates to the Programme Manager and assist with risk and issue identification
Assist the Programme Manager with test activities including documenting of test scripts and supporting
the business through UAT
