Project And Purchase Manager in Kolkata

The Project & Process Manager will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of prefabricated steel structure projects. The role also includes designing, implementing, and optimizing internal processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and ensure seamless coordination between design, production, logistics, and site teams. The role also includes managing the purchase of all items relevant to the running project.
This position requires a strong technical understanding of steel structures, excellent cross-functional leadership, and the ability to standardize workflows across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with design, fabrication, procurement, logistics, and site teams to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor project progress through daily/weekly reports and resolve site-level challenges proactively.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards across all sites.
- Conduct regular client meetings, provide project updates, and manage expectations.
- Oversee installation planning, sequencing, and on-site coordination for smooth erection.
- Maintain project documentation including drawings, revisions, approvals, BOQs, and change orders.
About Company: Manufacturing and Construction of Pre-Fabricated buildings with PEB, LGSF. Involved in both private and government contracts for end-to-end building construction.
