Role Description

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to lead our international client Accounts &

Compliance Division — primarily for the UK, USA & Europe, including SMEs and Corporates. This

is a full-time on-site, client-facing role based in our Dehradun HQ and offers significant exposure to global markets, financial operations, and leadership responsibilities within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Amongst other responsibilities, the candidate will support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Financial Management, Financial Reporting, and Accounting
  • Expertise in Taxation, Compliance, and Regulatory matters
  • Experience with Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning
  • Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Excel, Pivots
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Master's and 2+ years of experience or Bachelor's and 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field; candidates pursuing/semi qualified CA/CPA/ACCA or similar qualification is a plus
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in the international SME sector in UK, USA, Europe or other countries is advantageous

This is a time-sensitive role and we're prioritising candidates who can join us immediately and are open to relocating to Dehradun if not already based here.

Timings: 10.00 a.m to 7.00 p.m (Monday - Friday)
