Role Overview

The SAP MM HANA Lead is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and support of SAP MM solutions on S/4HANA. This role requires strong expertise in procurement, inventory, and vendor management processes, along with leadership skills to guide teams and ensure successful ERP transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP MM stream across implementation, enhancement, and support projects
  • Drive integration between SAP MM and Ariba (Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle)
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and align SAP functionalities with organizational needs
  • Oversee configuration and deployment of SAP MM and WM solutions
  • Guide and mentor consultants and analysts to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide technical support
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within SAP systems
  • Develop best practices for material and warehouse management
  • Drive digital procurement transformation initiatives aligned with business goals

Required Skills & Experience

  • SAP S/4HANA expertise (preferably Cloud Edition)
  • Strong background in SAP MM with end-to-end implementation experience
  • Ariba integration knowledge for supplier lifecycle and procurement processes
  • Cross-functional collaboration with finance, logistics, and supply chain teams
  • Technical proficiency in SAP Fiori, ECC, IDoc, and WM modules
  • Leadership and communication skills with an ownership mindset
