  • Conducts Quality & facility rounds on a daily basis to identify any deviations from the standards and report the same to the concerned coordinator and take necessary measures to rectify the same.
  • Analyze patient satisfaction in the hospital and take necessary measures in coordination with the concerned department to improve patient perception about services. 
  • Review & update policies from time to time, based on any changes in practice.
  • Be a part for coordination of all accreditations / external surveys in the hospital
  • Undertake quality improvement projects, schedule and document the same.
  • Perform internal audit & does Gap analysis & closure of non-conformities 
  • Carry out routine audits of clinical areas / departments.
  • Collects & analyze raw data for the KPI's lay down by the accreditation bodies.
  • Undertake quality improvement projects, schedule and document the same.
  • Any other Hospital related activity as prescribed by the management from time to time.
