Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Clinical Research professional to support clinical trials, ensure protocol compliance, manage documentation, and coordinate with investigators, sponsors, and participants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring clinical trials
  • Ensure compliance with study protocols, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines (ICH-GCP)
  • Perform site monitoring, source data verification, and report preparation
  • Maintain accurate study records and documentation
  • Coordinate with investigators, study sites, and sponsors
  • Manage participant recruitment and scheduling
  • Assist in regulatory submissions and ethics committee documentation
  • Support study start-up, conduct, and close-out activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, or related field
  • Prior Clinical Research experience (Internship/Full time) preferred
  • Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of EDC systems (Medidata, Oracle, etc.)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and time management
