Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience in audit, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial advisory. The CA will manage client portfolios, lead audits, ensure timely filings, and provide actionable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day operations of the accounts department.

· Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

· Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and assurance engagements independently.

· Calculate GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESIC, and other statutory liabilities monthly.

· File all statutory returns (Income Tax, PT, Excise, PF/ESIC) on time.

· Maintain fund requirements and reconcile cash & bank books daily.

· Maintain spreadsheets for accounting analysis and financial reporting.

· Prepare table of accounts, assign entries, and ensure proper accounting practices.

· Oversee ROC filings, company law compliance, and FEMA matters (if applicable).

· Attend scrutiny and appeals, prepare documentation, and represent clients before authorities.

· Coordinate annual audits and recommend improvements to procedures and systems.

· Advise clients on financial planning, risk management, and regulatory updates.

· Mentor junior team members and ensure quality deliverables.

· Maintain strong client relationships and respond professionally to queries.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–4 years' post-qualification experience.

· Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, Labour Laws, PF/ESIC, and other statutory regulations.

· Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software; ERP knowledge is a plus.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines efficiently.
