Role Description

  • Assist in creating innovative architectural designs for residential, commercial, resort, and institutional projects
  • Develop detailed drawings, layouts, and project plans aligned with prefab & LGSF technologies
  • Collaborate closely with senior architects, designers, engineers, technicians, and clients
  • Be involved in end-to-end project execution—from concept to site realization
  • Coordinate projects to ensure design intent, structural standards, and quality are maintained
  • Support teams in meeting tight timelines while delivering excellence
  • Contribute creative ideas that make each project distinct, functional, and future-ready

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
  • Architecture graduates with strong design curiosity and learning mindset
  • Candidates excited about innovation, creative technologies, and execution
  • Those who want hands-on experience, not just desk work
  • Team players with creativity, responsibility, and ownership attitude
  • Experience or knowledge in Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural projects
  • Effective Project Management skills, including the ability to coordinate teams and deliver projects on time
  • Proficiency in architectural software tools and 3D modeling platforms
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skill in English and Malayalam
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
