Job Description:

Primary SKill - MFT Admin ( IBM Sterling Sterling Commerce File Gateway)

Secondary skill - FTP Unix, Windows.

• CD installations, upgrades, configurations, security, and basic Connect Direct commands.

• Connect Direct Cluster configuration in UNIX and Windows.

• Secure+ with TLS protocol. Certificate renewals.

• File Agent Configurations

• Sterling Integrator, Sterling Secure Proxy and Sterling File gateway partner and protocol configurations. NON EDI/MAPS

• Attachmate FileXpress

• SFTP/FTPs infrastructure (and some supporting components)

• Operating Platform Infrastructure / Integration knowledge:

• Strong UNIX skills

• Shell scripting skills

• Windows operating systems

• Monitoring tools like Control Centre

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work and adapt to an increasingly global operating model.

• Able to understand and articulate technical issues to a non-Middleware and/or non-technical audience

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of CLOUD technologies specific to file transfer product deployment/configuration/migrations

• MFT certification (CFTP, IBM certified CD admin, SI certification) and/or ITIL certification

• Exposure to CHEF, JENKINS, Puppet
