Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HR administration. This position requires excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and a strong understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment and selection process (posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews)
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
Support payroll and benefits administration
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Organize employee engagement and training programs
Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master' s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Discretion in handling confidential information
