Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Executive Director based in Gurugram. The Executive Director will oversee strategic planning, business operations, and organizational development, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and vision. The role involves making key executive decisions, mentoring team members, and representing the company in various business settings.

Qualifications

• Strategic planning, leadership, and business development skills
• Proven experience in organizational management and team leadership
• Proficiency in building and managing stakeholder relationships, including partnerships
• Strong ability to analyze financial reports and ensure fiscal health
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• In-depth knowledge of the water treatment industry or similar engineering sectors is a strong advantage
• Minimum 10 years of experience in senior management roles or leadership positions
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
