Job Title: MERN Stack Developer + AI (Immediate Joiner)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MongoDB, , , and , with a deep understanding of cloud platforms (especially AWS). In addition, the candidate will contribute to Vision AI initiatives, integrating advanced AI and LLM (Large Language Model) capabilities into our applications. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, AI model integration, and cloud deployment and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Build RESTful APIs and ensure high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests.
  • Develop reusable, testable, and efficient code.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate wireframes and designs into high-quality code.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Integrate AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and RDS into the application architecture.
  • Set up CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, or other tools.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and debug applications and services deployed on AWS.
  • Implement best security practices for cloud-native applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve product quality and performance.

Vision AI Responsibilities

  • Python Development — Build robust AI pipelines and backend automation.
  • LLM Integrations — Seamlessly combine Gemini and OpenAI models for intelligent, scalable solutions.
  • Custom Model Training — Fine-tune models for domain-specific use cases that ensure precision and performance.
  • Prompt Engineering — Craft prompts that drive accuracy, contextual relevance, and reliability in real-world AI applications.

Technical Skills

Must Have:

  • 4–5 years of experience in MERN stack development (MongoDB, , , ).
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ES6+ features.
  • Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows.
  • Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and callback patterns.
  • Good knowledge of database design and performance tuning.

Vision AI Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python for backend automation and data processing.
  • Experience integrating LLMs (Gemini, OpenAI) into full-stack applications.
  • Familiarity with prompt design, response optimization, and AI-driven feature development.
  • Experience with custom model training, data preprocessing, and deployment pipelines for AI.

AWS & DevOps Skills:

  • Experience with AWS EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway.
  • Familiarity with AWS CloudFormation or Terraform (optional but preferred).
  • Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines using AWS tools or Jenkins.
  • Knowledge of serverless architectures and containerization (Docker/ECS/EKS) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK stack).

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹55,000.00 per month
