Job Overview:

Hooqx is looking for a talented and experienced iOS Developer to join our team in Salt Lake, Kolkata. The ideal candidate must have more than 3–4 years of proven experience in iOS application development and be proficient in building user-friendly, high-performing mobile applications. The role requires a strong grasp of Swift, Objective-C, and iOS frameworks, along with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced applications for the iOS platform.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to deliver high-quality apps.
  • Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and product quality.
  • Publish and maintain apps on the App Store.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience as an iOS Developer.
  • Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C.
  • Strong experience with Xcode, Cocoa Touch, and iOS frameworks (Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, etc.).
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.
  • Experience with push notifications, in-app purchases, and cloud-based services.
  • Familiarity with Git/version control systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience publishing apps on the App Store.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
