Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible
Store Managers
to handle the day-to-day operations of our stores in Bangalore. Freshers and candidates with up to 1+ years of experience are welcome. Training will be provided to ensure smooth onboarding and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations including order intake, billing, and cash collection.
  • Ensure timely garment processing, quality checks, and delivery coordination.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and reduce wastage.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Achieve monthly sales and operational targets.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales and store performance.

Requirements:

  • Freshers and candidates with
    1+ years of experience
    in retail, hospitality, or service industry (laundry experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Excel).
  • Ability to manage cash and daily reports.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and peak business hours.
