About the Role

FocalCXM is seeking a skilled and passionate Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, focusing on delivering world-class experiences using Salesforce Experience Cloud.

You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product management, and cross-functional teams to create engaging, reliable, and high-performance digital experiences that empower customer-facing teams in the Life Sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Develop responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly Experience Cloud interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools.
  • Ensure reliable data synchronization between Salesforce and integrated systems.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
  • Conduct unit testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure solution performance and scalability.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation for all implementations and enhancements.
  • Monitor platform performance and continuously optimize code and configuration.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce Experience Cloud best practices and features.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience developing and delivering Salesforce Experience Cloud projects.
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, and platform tools such as Flows and Process Builder.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator or Developer Certification (Platform Dev I/II).
  • Exposure to MuleSoft or other middleware integration tools.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodology.
  • Experience in Life Sciences or enterprise CRM solutions is a plus.
