Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the video editing process from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output across all digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, designers, motion graphic artists, and content teams to develop engaging storytelling.
  • Edit raw footage into polished videos including advertisements, brand films, social media content, product demos, event highlights, and corporate videos.
  • Supervise and mentor junior editors, providing guidance, feedback, and quality checks.
  • Work with sound design, color correction, and visual effects to enhance video quality.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in video production and editing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and other editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual flow.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and visual effects is a plus.
  • Experience in managing a team or mentoring junior editors.
  • Strong creative vision with attention to detail and the ability to adapt styles across different industries and platforms.
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
