About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Sourcing & Research Analyst who enjoys working with data, analyzing trends, and identifying high-quality prospects and insights.

This role requires strong research capabilities, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to convert raw information into meaningful, decision-ready data. You will play a critical role in supporting business operations, market research, and sourcing strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities Research & Analysis
    Conduct in-depth market research across industries, companies, and segments.
  • Gather, validate, and analyze data from primary and secondary research sources.
  • Build structured research reports, dashboards, and insight summaries.
  • Identify industry trends, competitor movements, and relevant business opportunities.
  • Sourcing & Data Management
    Source and evaluate relevant leads, vendors, partners, or business targets based on requirements.
  • Maintain and update internal databases, trackers, and sourcing pipelines.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
  • Create and refine Excel-based models to support sourcing strategies.
  • Operational & Analytical Support
    Prepare structured Excel sheets, MIS reports, and analytical summaries.
  • Assist teams with data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand research requirements.
  • Provide support in presentations, briefs, and documentation when needed.
  • What We're Looking ForMust-Have Skills
    1–3 years of experience in research, sourcing, analytics, or related roles.
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning & organization).
  • Solid background in market research, data collection, or business research.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
  • Preferred Skills
    Experience working in a research firm, consulting environment, startup, or sourcing-focused role.
  • Familiarity with research tools, online databases, and industry portals.
  • Good communication skills—able to present research clearly and concisely.
