Key Responsibilities

  • Teach and mentor students in your expertise (Digital Marketing, Design, AI Tools, etc.).
  • Train students in AI-powered platforms (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Canva AI, Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc.) and how to apply them in marketing & design.
  • Develop curriculum, lesson plans, and training material (with focus on AI + traditional methods).
  • Conduct interactive classroom sessions (offline + online).
  • Guide students with real-world projects integrating AI for efficiency & creativity.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, AI advancements & marketing tech to keep the curriculum practical and future-ready.
  • Collaborate with institute management to introduce new AI-based learning modules.

Requirements

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate in relevant field.
  • Strong subject knowledge + hands-on AI tool experience (ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, Firefly, Runway, Canva AI, etc.).
  • Prior teaching/training experience preferred (but not mandatory).
  • Good communication & presentation skills in English, Telugu, or Hindi.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics (SEO, Ads, AI tools, Branding, Design) for beginners.
  • Practical knowledge of industry tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, WordPress, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹20, ₹42,622.12 per month

Expected hours: 4 per week
