JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a talented Dynamics MPOS Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics MPOS solutions to enhance retail operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions that drive operational efficiency and improve customer experiences.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics MPOS solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Customize MPOS applications, including user interface design and backend services integration.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of MPOS applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Maintain and update existing MPOS applications and assist in migrating to new versions as necessary.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users and other team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 and retail technology trends to incorporate best practices.
  • Document development processes, system configurations, and application enhancements.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 6 years' experience working with a Consulting, GSI or product company, with 4 x years on Microsoft's MPOS/Commerce platform. Alternatively, omni-channel experience inhouse with a global retailer, preferably in Fashion/Accessories.
  • Retail domain experience preferably with large global customers.
  • Core background Azure, .Net, SQL stack.
  • Implementation and support experience with MPOS/Commerce across multiple modules.
  • PowerApps experience including Azure integration, Visual Studio/x++, Logic Apps, APIs (to 3rd party apps such as Loyalty and Discount programs).
  • Ability to work to Microsoft best practice for implementation and support.
  • Understanding of MPOS/Commerce Architect – able to work with the Technical Architect and SME in solution design as part of build and deploy.
  • Ability to trouble should complex issues across the MPOS/Commerce platform.
  • Strong communication skills and be able to effectively interact with psHB/PS and Pandora stakeholders.
