Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand business requirements and functional specifications related to airline systems.
  • Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of airline booking, check-in, and ancillary services.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using standard defect tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
  • Participate in test planning, test case reviews, and requirement analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4 9years of experience in manual testing.
  • Strong domain knowledge in Airlines / Travel / Aviation systems.
  • Experience in testing GDS (Global Distribution Systems) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a plus.
  • Familiarity with airline booking engines, PNR creation, fare rules, and ticketing workflows.
  • Proficiency in writing test cases, test scenarios, and defect reports.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
