Responsibilities

Machine setup and operation: Program and set up CNC machines by loading correct tools, materials, and programs. Monitor the machine during operation to ensure it runs smoothly and accurately.

Quality control: Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments like calipers to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Make adjustments to machine settings as needed.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating machines, to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve problems that arise during the manufacturing process, such as mechanical malfunctions or programming errors.

Material handling: Load raw materials and unload finished parts, ensuring materials are aligned correctly for the machine.

Record keeping: Document production processes and maintain detailed records of machine actions and quality checks.

Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
