Key Responsibilities:

  1. UI/UX/CX Design: Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for websites, web applications, and digital products, adhering to UI and UX principles.
  2. User Research: Conduct thorough user research, analyze findings, and translate insights into design decisions to enhance user experiences.
  3. Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes to demonstrate design concepts and functionalities effectively.
  4. Information Architecture: Define the structure and organization of digital products to optimize user flow and navigation.
  5. Visual Design: Craft intuitive and visually engaging interfaces, integrating branding elements and ensuring design consistency.
  6. Usability Testing: Plan and execute usability testing sessions, gathering feedback to iteratively enhance designs.
  7. Customer Journey Mapping: Create and refine customer journey maps to improve the overall customer experience.
  8. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  9. Client Interaction: Effectively communicate design concepts and project progress with clients, addressing their feedback and requirements.
  10. Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  11. Deadline Management: Consistently meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Must Have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX Designing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in UI, UX, and CX design, supported by a robust portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments.
  • Experience with agile or iterative design methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of usability and accessibility principles.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovation.
