Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, modify, and maintain PLC programs primarily using Mitsubishi GX Works2/GX Works3 or GX Developer.
  • Design and implement HMI screens using GOT HMI or other Mitsubishi-compatible interfaces.
  • Perform system integration, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of PLC-controlled machinery and processes.
  • Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers to define functional requirements and ensure system performance.
  • Provide technical support during commissioning, startup, and post-installation.
  • Create detailed documentation, including functional design specifications, wiring diagrams, and user manuals.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations (e.g., IEC, CE, UL).
  • Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement of automation systems.
  • Train technicians and operators on PLC/HMI operation and troubleshooting.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in PLC programming with a focus on Mitsubishi systems & Additional PLC - Siemens, Allen - Bradley, Delta is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience with Mitsubishi platforms such as Q Series, FX Series, or iQ-R Series.
  • Experience with SCADA/HMI software and industrial networking.
  • Strong understanding of ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams.
  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., CC-Link, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
