    XA (MAPICS)
  2. Location: Bangalore, India
  3. Number of Positions: 1
  4. Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
  5. Salary: Up to 35 LPA
  6. Shift : General
  7. Working days : Monday to Friday
  8. Minimum Experience: 6+ years of Relevant experience working with Infor XA (MAPICS) version 9.1 or higher.

Responsibilities

XA ERP Systems Programmer/Analyst's responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

  1. Collaborate with Business Analysts (BAs) to refine and enhance XA Infor business processes.

  2. Deliver customizations within Infor XA, adhering to best practices, primarily using the Infor XA Enterprise Integrator module.

  3. Assist in design and development of solutions, ensuring requirements are well-documented, followed by code development

and unit testing.

  1. Lead or assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), working closely with end-users to validate the functionality before production

deployment.

  1. Manage code promotion to production, adhering to best practices in code and object storage, change management, and SOX-

compliant processes.

  1. Support XA upgrades, contributing to the planning and execution of system enhancements.

  2. Troubleshoot day-to-day issues, collaborating with users, Infor, and third-party software providers to resolve any operational

problems.

  1. Create specifications, diagrams and user guides based on development efforts.

  2. Professionally interface with users, system owners and senior staff. Uphold corporate governance and SOX regulations.

Qualifications

 Able to analyze the gap between a user request and the capability of the support application to determine if a customize

is needed or the functionality exists.

 Excellent written and oral communication.

 Acute attention to detail

 Sense of urgency to complete activities during implementation as well as when supplying support

 Comfortable travelling to business sites and working with teams to complete implementations.

 Working knowledge of SQL, reading, and writing queries.

 General knowledge of network, PC operations system, network hardware, protocol, and standards.

 Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

 Able to travel to the US based on occasional business request.
