Nuance Consultancy is looking out for a Junior Video Editor to help craft visual identities and creatives for the brands we work with. In this role, you will need to be highly creative and have a sharp eye for detail. If you're passionate about design and eager to learn more, we'd like to meet you. Your goal will be to create and edit impactful videos across online platforms that capture and promote our client's vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Creation of individualistic reels that match client's vision
  • Ideation and execution, understanding client requirements / brief, designing and delivering creative projects from conceptualization to final execution.
  • Work on different video solutions to deliver output
  • Responsible for delivering real-time videos relevant to social media platforms which engages the audience (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc)
  • Create superior, original videos and concepts based on knowledge of filmmaking and editing
  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
  • Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
  • Consult with clients' marketing, copywriting and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our clients' corporate cultures and goals
  • Pitch creative ideas
  • Collaborate with team members to launch projects

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • A Bachelors'/ Specialized course in Design (Editing / Visual Communications)
  • 1-2 years of experience in Video Editing (Freshers Welcome)
  • Need to know Motion Graphics
  • Ability to shoot content + knowledge of VFX is a plus

Skills & Attribute Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using industry standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premier Pro, AfterEffects, Adobe Suite etc.) and fluency in current editing practices
  • Need to know Motion Graphics
  • Good understanding of briefs
  • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
  • Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts)
