Work Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field

Experience: 8-12 years of experience with at least 6 years (or more) in HR Tech.

Key Skills:

SAP SuccessFactors, AI in HR, HR Tech Implementation, Multi-module Projects, HR Digital Transformation, Chatbots, Predictive Analytics, HR Process Automation.

Proven experience in HR technology management

Strong understanding of HR processes and systems

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
