Role & responsibilities

ob Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Domestic Recruiter with 12 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for India-based positions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of job portals, and the ability to manage the hiring process efficiently from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic hiring (India market).
  • Understand client and internal hiring requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and referrals.
  • Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and onboarding process.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and databases.
  • Meet hiring deadlines and deliver quality profiles within given timelines.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (HR or related preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in domestic recruitment (IT/Non-IT as applicable).
  • Strong knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of salary negotiation and offer management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in bulk hiring or specific domain recruitment (IT, Manufacturing, BPO, etc.).
  • Familiarity with ATS tools or recruitment CRMs.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
